The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb works closely with the past and current participants of U.S. Government-funded educational and professional exchange programs (such as Fulbright, Hubert Humphrey, IVLP, Ron Brown, Benjamin Franklin, World Chicago etc.).
We are committed to supporting the Croatian alumni community in order to build on their exchange experience, help them network with fellow alumni, find grants and funding opportunities, and encourage them to participate in alumni competitions.
The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb welcomes alumni initiatives which make a positive impact in their communities based on the experience, best practices, and contacts they established in the United States.
We encourage our alumni to:

- Check out our notifications of funding opportunities for alumni and apply for U.S. Embassy in Zagreb Grants
- Register with the Alumni State web-based global community, which offers additional networking, grant and job opportunities, as well as access to a variety of subscription-only newspapers, magazines, and scholarly journals online for free for all U.S. Government exchange program alumni worldwide.
